Patrick Rothfuss annab oma blogis aru, kui kaugel on ta esimest otsa pidi ka eesti keelde tõlgitud fantaasiasarja Kingkiller Chronicle teine osa The Wise Man's Fear.This is not the final draft of book two. If it were, I would have said something like, "This is the final draft of book two." But I didn't. So it's not. But it isn't a rough draft either. The one I turned in several months ago was rough. There were some bad plot holes, some logical inconsistencies, pacing problems, and not nearly enough lesbian unicorns. This draft is tighter, cleaner, and all around better. I'm really pleased with it, but it's not quite perfect. Not yet.

Rushdie kirjutab fatwā perioodist raamatu
Alison Flood teatab Guardianis, et mainekas kirjanik Salman Rushdie on nüüd lõplikult otsustanud oma fatwā perioodi läbielamised raamatuks kirjutada."It's my story, and at some point, it does need to be told. That point is getting closer, I think," he told reporters at Emory University in Atlanta, where an exhibition of his personal correspondence, notebooks, photographs, drawings and manuscripts is set to open on Friday. "When [the archive material] was in cardboard boxes and dead computers, it would have been very, very difficult, but now it's all organised," he said.
